In January (2025), I picked up my first crochet hook and watched YouTube videos to learn how to crochet. (I am now Queen of the Granny Square.) But until now, I haven't been brave enough to tackle blocking. January 2026 will find me using a similar process to learn how to join all these squares and actually finish making a blanket for my granddaughter... hopefully, before her 3rd birthday in July! 🤣🤣🤣

Last weekend, I returned to my roots - card making! I traveled with a friend, who asked if we could make some cards during our weekend, as the forecast included wet, blustery weather. These beauties were made using measurements I found on Pinterest under Debbie Henderson of Debbie's Designs, and then embellished according to my whim!
