Color selection here made all the difference. The colors needed to make the floors look like an intentional decision, the walls needed to be crisp with a subtle color, and the trim is clean without being stark. The outcome: a space that feels exactly how the client wanted with only paint color! The wood ceiling shines now because it’s being complimented by the new cooler tones in the space. Shout out Ultra Painting for the amazing paint job! Bay

Before & After!! Breathing new life into this beautiful bungalow!

Julia consulted with this client and had the best time brainstorming ideas on new colors and new color placement! The house deserved color and depth…. but in the right places.

💙A rich blue was chosen for the body to really ground the house and create harmony with the brick.
🤍The trim was painted a soft creamy color to relate back to the mortar color and to give range to the depths of colors used. The freshness was added at the entry door too, to guide the eye around the home.
🤎The soffit was recommended in a dark rich walnut color to add an unexpected flare and to keep the eye moving around the exterior.

Such a lovely transformation!!

The power of the right paint color and right color placement!

This client had a beautiful historic home, but the previous owners paint color decision to have everything this mustard yellow wasn’t highlighting the lovely character.

We helped her with new colors and new color placement so now everything looks intentional and exactly what she wanted, but don’t know how to get there!

The power of the right paint color!
This client’s beautiful home needed a repaint because the paint was starting to fade and it was time.
It was her chance after 15 years to try out a new color! This could have been daunting without professional guidance. We went with a rich, earthy green siding color set off by soft subtle warm neutrals.

The house looked good before, but now it feels refreshed and new again!

Just what the doctor ordered! Nothing trendy, nothing flashy, just good design when it matters most.
