We had the pleasure of helping our client transform her newly purchased condo in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin into a space that truly feels like home. While she loved the location and the potential of the unit, she knew she wanted to make thoughtful changes right away so every visit would feel like a relaxing retreat.
From the beginning, she was drawn to clean lines, modern finishes, and a palette that felt sophisticated without sacrificing warmth. We developed a cohesive color palette that guided everything from the paint selections to the materials, furnishings, and décor, ensuring every decision worked together seamlessly.
One of the standout features of this renovation is undoubtedly the countertop, which became the star of the kitchen. Its movement and warmth tie the entire space together and complement the rich cabinetry and modern lighting beautifully.
Beyond selecting finishes, we helped reimagine how the home functions. A custom built-in created the perfect place for both the TV and a wet bar, giving the living area a true focal point where there wasn’t one before. The addition of the fireplace and dramatic surround further anchors the room, adding warmth, texture, and a cozy atmosphere without giving up valuable square footage.
As a finishing touch, our client invited us back to style the completed space by installing and hanging all of her artwork, bringing personality and balance to every room.
