Loading up the truck and heading south tomorrow for Boulder City’s Spring Jamboree!
I’m bringing ten brand‑new lake maps!: Lake Mead, Lake Havasu, Lake Mohave, Big Bear Lake, Lake Arrowhead, Mammoth Lakes, Willow Beach, Martinez Lake, and Convict Lake.

Morgan and I drove to Utah this last week to build out my second Painted Tree location! 🎉

The little Ranger was loaded to its absolute capacity with tools, materials, products, luggage, and skis (nordic and downhill)

Sunday was a travel day (8 hrs to Orem from Reno)

Monday Morgan helped me get the painting completed, and we also got the wood slat walls installed, and lights.
After that, we drove out to Soldier Hollow to skate ski on 100% artificial snow! Very interesting experience.

Tuesday Morgan had work, so I finished off the space. Hanging the sign was probably my favorite part, it turned out nice. 👍 It felt good to see it come together, the entire thing (measurements included) was all mocked up in my laser cutting software... Not the easiest method! 😅

Wednesday we both worked remotely from a bagel shop in Orem, and caught a movie.

Thursday we attempted to downhill ski, but the worst traffic we've ever seen squashed those dreams, so we pivoted to more skate skiing!

Friday is the long drive back home. 👍

My fingers are crossed for a other successful painted tree location! Hopefully Utah is receptive to bathymetry maps! 🤞👍

Another custom lake for the holidays! It created a very cool positive cut out. ⚡ It feels wrong to throw them away! 😬

Folsom Lake

Lots of requests have been made for this lake, and I got it LIVE just in time for the holidays! Rejoice! 👏 👏 👏

Honestly, this is one of my favorite looking maps to date. Very fascinating under water profile, and the surrounding cities adds a lot of visual interest as well.

ORNAMENTZZZ!!!

It's been a hot second since my last post... Social media tends to fall down my list as I get busy. 😬

But here we are! New San Fran products live in my shop! 👍 🎉 🎇

I received many requests to get the bay area made through the summer (mainly the Truckee Thursday crowd), and I got these made for the second half of summer. Very interesting map, and I was actually able to keep the bridges all the way down to my smallest sizes!

Ohh sweet goodness, MORE LAKES!

I did a big show out in Graeagle last weekend, and prepared a bunch of the regional lakes for the event. It turned out to be great, sold out of several of them by 11:00 on the first day! Super awesome. 👍 I'll definitely be heading back out there, next time better prepared!
