I am still waiting on pictures of all of the VIP Pass Bonus items, but I can start sharing the ones I designed. This is the Black Cat Chateau. First model was made by me and has a shingled roof. I shingled it using crepe paper to make is look like fur. 2nd Picture by my pattern tester Cheryl Sablotny, and 3rd by my other pattern tester Donna Camacho. Aren't their models fabulous? They are both the best!

Hello all! Today registration opened for the 2026 Great Halloween Spooktacular. This year, every project is staying Shrouded in Mystery until its Workshop Day!

From August 10–29, you'll enjoy 20 days of FREE Halloween paper crafting workshops taught by an incredible group of talented designers, and I'm so excited to be one of them!

So, if I hadn't known what I made for the Spooktacular, I certainly wouldn't have been able to tell from the tiny picture in the sneak peek! However, the instructions for the announcement email did say I could share the name of my project: Orbweb Tower. So at least you know it is a tower for your holiday village!

In the comments below you will find the link to the page on my website where I share with you all the pictures I am allowed to, including a sneak peek of the bonus item available to my followers who buy their VIP pass through my links on that page or from the newsletter I sent out today. Check the page regularly as I will add more content as soon as it becomes available!

This is my latest free building pattern, Old French Farmhouse. I have been working on this pattern for several months. I played around with how I wanted it to look, never quite happy, then recently found a picture on Pinterest that pulled together what I was looking for. I knew I wanted exposed stone walls and used a stencil to make the stones, although I also just used my paintbrush to paint grit paste stones onto the walls, especially at the edges. I also designed this pattern so that the window trim is on the inside of the walls instead of the outside. You may have to pay extra attention when you glue on the trim. I glued a couple of pieces onto the outside and had to start over again.
