Baby girl tried out for track and field at her middle school & got her first meet in years coming up next week 🥰

Since I retired from coaching, I tried to bring a little of the track to me ❤️ once I cleared up debris from the hurricane 🌀

Had a wonderful time catching up with my college teammate 🗣️OUuKnoooo❤️

It’s amazing when you can connect with someone you’ve known since your teenage years, especially when we all get bogged down with life and responsibilities 😮‍💨

But it’s even better when although you don’t talk all the time, when you get together you just laugh, clown, reminisce, give positive love and energy…❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been through a lot the last few years but I will never allow it to get the BEST OF ME. I will persevere, I will triumph and I appreciate you and other friends so much for being real and supportive ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I did it‼️ My patio has been in disarray since the hurricane, but after 2 days, a million trips up and down a ladder - where at one point I was hanging from the pergola trying to catch a falling ladder with my ankles 😳😳 - and several bruises, scrapes, and a knot on my shin for good measure, I got it back to semi-order 🤕😲
Btw- I hate putting things together like that pressure washer, but I gave it the ol cOUlege try. And that still wet area rug weighed like 10 dead bodies and I think I strained my bicep moving it … but I’m a G and Designs by JG did that‼️I’m proud of myself 🥰
