When you’re building, remodeling or doing anything that might require a permit, it makes sense to find out what’s required and do it right.

Your local building department can be an asset or your worst enemy (if your contractor isn’t doing their part)

Permits are a pain, the fees are costly and the regulations are overkill in most cases.

But, it’s better than a stop work order, fines and a crappy contractor that wanted to fly under the radar.

Smooth like buttah! When you find a great contractor👷‍♂️ you have to share!

The walls and ceilings were beyond hope and a lopsided skylight was “impossible to drywall”, according to my contractor.

But, Brian from LochNess Painting in SWFL said level 5, anyone?!
