When remodeling a home, it’s important to have a plan!
There are some points to mention here: are you planning to stay for one year or 10 years, how much you want to spend (and yes, spending can get extensive,) what’s important for YOU in your home; you are the one will be living in it so you are making it for you (this is where over improvement and YOU have hard time 😃,) following trends (like last year obsession of hexagon and subway tiles that are not a trend anymore🤷🏻‍♀️) or
staying with design that’s timeless (if there is such thing))) and the list goes on!
