Outdoor weddings are beautiful when that’s what the couple envisions, we do everything possible to bring it to life.
That said, Mother Nature sometimes has other plans. In those moments, quick decisions and a solid Plan B are essential.
Yesterday, for Yvonne and Anthony’s wedding, the ceremony was set for 5:00 PM at the Boca Pier pavilion at Caribe Royale. We were preparing a simple, elegant design featuring hanging smilax from the rafters and beams but with rain on the horizon, adjustments had to be made.
As seasoned professionals, we understand how stressful these situations can be, especially for a bride hoping everything goes exactly as planned. Our role is not only to execute the vision, but also to step in, provide reassurance, and guide the process with confidence when conditions change.
That’s exactly what we did. With collaboration between our team, Hannah Steuernagle (Socialite Event Planning) the and the venue, we shifted to Plan B seamlessly. By incorporating additional draping and adjusting our setup with the right equipment on hand, we were able to transform the space and the result was stunning.
