The smoke detector chirped pre-dawn, so I swapped the battery and made a roast pork sandwich to start the day. 🔋🥪.

Here's something I've noticed after years in the mattress business.

Most of the people I know who've spent five years or more in this industry choose to sleep on natural mattresses themselves.

Think about that. People who have tried hundreds of mattresses, understand how they're built, and know the difference between comfort and support often come back to natural materials.

Your workday ended. But did your body get the message?

Ever climb into bed completely exhausted, only to find yourself wide awake? Or sleep eight hours and still wake up feeling like you need another eight?

There's a reason that happens.

Stress doesn't necessarily disappear when your head hits the pillow. Your mind may still be processing the day, your body may still be on alert, and those little interruptions throughout the night can add up.
