This is still one of my event favorites! Since so many more have followed my small business since then, I thought I would reshare! Thank you for following my page. 🩷
OHS Graduation arch throwback, 2026, in Maniac Royal blue and white (of course!) This was a total pivot from the original arch style.... we had a day to find a new one since the one they had was unavailable. The Summer Garden Gate had this arch...so we made it work! Thank you, Heidi! The mechanics of construction and securing the flowers was tricky due to the thin front rail and pointed corners, but we did it -always ready to adapt. The arch and arrangements were matching, with the smaller arrangement being used for the awards banquet and stage the night before as well as at graduation. Tibet roses, carnations, mums, delphinium, limonium, italian ruscus, eucalyptus and verigated pittosporum were used in this recipe - all powerhouse flowers and greens known for stability in outdoor situations. We also used some water tubes on some of the delphinium that were not inserted in foam to ensure continuous hydration while attached to the arch. Because it was end of May and warm, we needed something that would still look fresh from the cooler to the bleachers...and didn't want to take any chances! So thankful we were asked to contribute in this way to honor the grads, It was a lovely evening! 💙🤍
