Come see me this Saturday and Sunday at the Windsor Fairgrounds for ! I’ll be outside on the lawn under my canopy, and I’ll be sharing my spot on the map to my story as soon as I can (which may not be until Friday)

I have 13 new colorways to show you across 2 collections, with 2 new yarn bases and wool roving! I have so many more notions options this year, most importantly my antique and thrifted button sets.

Can’t wait to see you! Come say hi! Both days from 9-4 (though I’ll have someone manning my booth for half an hour on Saturday)

Colorway: Bobo

I don’t care how old you were, I still didn’t see your death coming. My best friend’s one eyed black cat Bobo passed away last Friday and this colorway is dedicated in his memory. 50% of all profit from the sale of it will be donated to

I only have 5 skeins available on sock weight that I’ll be bringing with me to this weekend, and I have no current plans to dye more in the future

Miss you bud, hope you have lots of fuzzy blankets
And your mom says I’m not allowed to learn necromancy to bring you back 🙄

Introducing the first three of six colorways in my new Critter Collection! Think of it as an extension of last year’s Upta Camp Collection, as well as tiny bit of my Ephemeral Light Collection

This was definitely inspired by my long running series on my stories where I share a count of all the animals I see driving around late at night chasing the aurora and stargazing. However, most of the ones I see out at night are similar shades of brown, if I even see them. I *hear* a lot more than I spot. There’ll be one unexpected guest in the mix, plus more that are general critters of the Maine woods. Hopefully you’ll see the rest by Thursday!

I hope you’re excited about Red Fox, Moose, and Redbreast Sunfish! See you at !

Celebrating the blue moon tonight by teasing all the new yarn I’ll have available at next weekend, June 6-7th at the Windsor Fairgrounds

New yarn bases, so many new colorways across two new collections, and I’ll be posting previews as much as possible this week!

A cormorant, what an auspicious sign!

Sorry guys, I know I haven’t been posting much and it’s gonna have to be another low effort one tonight

Just a little nature ASMR from the ephemeral streams of late winter to tide you over while I wait for my brain to thaw out

Everyone tell happy birthday! We dipped our toes into maple tapping this year and were pretty successful for our first attempt! Yiassou was, of course, extremely helpful as well. I bottled up the last of the syrup about a month ago, and it took me this long to get around to sharing this ahaha. I’ve gotten up to other things in the off season but that’s for a different day

Went to my friend Peggy’s today for sheep and alpaca shearing! Didn’t get home in time to put together all the videos I took during the process, but here’s some honeybees enjoying the wood squill on her property in the late afternoon sun

I can neither confirm nor deny that this is a hint to a future something

Also keep an eye on my story for my annual May Basket event 👀

So proud of this first challenge day team!

This year, The Mainely Spinners team is doing their competition day for the International Back-to-Back Wool Challenge early! They’ll be competing this Saturday, January 17th at the Milford Town Hall starting at 8 AM. I’ll be there to cheerlead and help out in any way I can this weekend, and I’d love it if you could donate what you can, either by buying the team’s handknits or entering the raffle for last year’s Challenge Day sweater!
