Dropped off 2 large orders of baskets this weekend, 92 in total🛻✨
Wrapping up production as I prepare to move in 2 weeks.

I am thankful to my wholesale customers that decided to stock up for a while! I will no longer be taking any orders for the majority of the year as I embark on this new journey.

Last wholesale order of 2024 wrapped up last week!

It’s been a hot minute since I was active on the account, I have still been just as busy as ever.
Last year I went to an 8 week farrier school program in California and it completely changed my life. I have been so busy with my new carrier and also trying to keep up with my basket business and horses!! Basket production was just a little slower this year as I got more and more busy!
In the new year, I will be making the move to California!!! I am so excited for this next chapter in my life, as I start on my next adventure. With this being said, baskets will be taking a halt for possibly all of next year just while I get myself situated. I plan on working out a new system for my business, even across the country. This business has been so good to me. I feel it has really helped me along in life and have been such a huge accomplishment. I am so grateful for the years of support from all my loyal customers and wholesale accounts.
I will be taking orders up until January, I would like to make sure all my wholesale accounts have enough to last through this transition until I am back up and running!! I will have just about a week and a half until retail orders will be closed until further notice.
I appreciate everyone who has supported me along the way on this crazy amazing journey. It has brought so much good to my life and has set me up for success in being self employed. This isn’t the end to Island Girl Homestead, just a new path! Please feel free to reach out with any questions, the website will be open for orders for the next couple weeks!!

I’m back from my crazy, awesome adventure to California for farrier school! Thank you to everyone for the support in getting me there. What a dream it was!

The shop will be open again on January 1st! I will continue taking custom orders for the time being, as I get busier with my farrier business, I may decide to only sell wholesale and shut down the website completely. Stayed tuned!

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who made 2023 a very successful year! Here’s to making 2024 even better!

Been such a busy summer, hope everyone’s been enjoying the sunshine when they can!

Heres an update as we get closer to October. I have decided to close down my website while I’m gone. Starting October 1st it won’t be open again until the 1st of January! If you are still hoping to get a Christmas order in, please have your order placed by September 15th. Large orders over 5 items will need to be placed by September 4th. Since I will be away during the time I would normally have a Christmas sale, I will have an early holiday sale starting 8/28 @ 10:00 going to 9/2 @ midnight.

Hi Everyone!
I am so excited to announce that I will be going to Pacific Coast Horseshoeing school this fall to become a farrier. This is such as huge opportunity for me and I cannot wait!
With this being said I will be gone from late October to mid December which is my Christmas basket season. If you would like to gift baskets or rugs for Christmas this year, I will be accepting orders until mid September!
I will be able to hold baskets while I’m away, if you would like to pickup the last week before Christmas! I will not be shipping any baskets from October 1st- January 2nd so please keep this in mind when planning your Christmas order!
This is going to be an expensive journey for me as I am not able to work during my time away. I am currently working 3 jobs and managing my business so I can continue to pay for my horses while saving for school. I will also be starting my summer lobstering job soon as well and this is be the main source of funding for my school tuition.

5 extra larges headed to the Florida keys, 1 going to Othila in Brunswick, and the wine basket is going all the way to France🤯 I can’t even believe it!!!

I have been very focused on large wholesale orders but my website is still up and custom orders are always open! I hope to offer pre-made items within the next month or so. Hope everyone has a great week💕❤️
