With the Art Meander just around the corner, I have been getting ready for the big day and will have a few new art pieces for sale. Please see the attached pictures of some of the pieces I have been working on. My artwork pieces are in different stages of completion: some are done with the finally coat applied and drying, others are half finished and a few are organized for me to get started on.
Every year during the Art Meander, I get many repeat customers. The last several years it has almost felt like a family reunion. It is wonderful to see the familiar faces. I am looking forward to meeting new people and reconnecting with friends and familiar acquaintances.
It was hard to miss last year, so I am excited for this year to reconnect.

Sarah Weinberg ‘s Artist Reception was held on Friday, August 2nd. Sarah’s Art Exhibit is called Pieces of Peace. When I look at each work of art, I see the rhythm of her creation and I find it relaxing and calming, as Sarah herself. She welcomed each of her guests and talked individually about her artwork and how she created it. All the artwork is original and for sale.

It is such a joy to have Sarah’s art exhibit at The Smallest Art Gallery throughout August and the beginning of September.

Sarah's mother surprised us with three stunning arrangements created using greens from her garden for her daughter's art exhibit, which will also be on display.

Please stop in and enjoy all the beautiful Pieces of Peace at The Smallest Art Gallery.

The Smallest Art Gallery is hosting an Artist Reception for local artist Sarah Weinberg. We would love to have you join us at this free event!

The Art Exhibit: Pieces of Peace

Sarah Weinberg is a mid-west girl, living most of her life in Minnesota and South Dakota. Sarah has always loved creating. A few years ago, she fell in love with peaceful line drawing. This art form creates an opportunity to slow down and enjoy the moment. According to Sarah, each drawing takes on a life and personality of its own. She enjoys the creative expression of this art form.

welcomes Kristin Peterson,
an accomplished, prolific, international,
mixed media artist!

Kristin will demonstrate different art techniques in the process of creating Master pages and Signatures. She will demonstrate a simple book binding stitch that students may use in the process of completing their book.
Each student’s book will reflect their creativity.

In March 2025, Kristin will teach an in-person art class in Lisbon, Portugal. She has been published in Cloth Paper Scissor magazine for her mixed media cards and has had several paintings published in The Incite: Best of Mixed Media books. She was also published in
Stampington’s Art Journal magazine.
