Office Space Available for Lease.

A second-floor suite is now available in the Dumont Building, located in the heart of downtown Ottawa. The suite includes 500 square feet of private office space, along with access to over 2,300 square feet of shared common areas. These include a break room with a kitchenette and well-maintained restrooms.

Tenants will also enjoy the convenience of Ottawa Brewing Company on the first floor, offering easy options for lunch, dinner, or after-work gatherings.

Business signage will be displayed on Main Street, providing strong visibility in a high-traffic area.

Thank you Hertiage Ohio, for selecting the new home of Technicon Design Group as a finalist!

Heritage Ohio, the state-wide Main Street coordinating agency under Main Street America, honors the people, places and projects that exemplify a commitment to growth through preservation and revitalization. This year, The Dumont in Ottawa is one of three finalists for the Best Commercial Rehabilitation project in a small community.
This year, the award ceremony will be Wednesday, October 15th, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Canton Palace Theatre in downtown Canton. The award ceremony is a part of the 2025 Heritage Ohio Annual Conference, and is free and open to anyone to attend.

We enjoyed partnering with Ottawa Brewing Company to design their new brewery, restaurant, and event space on the first floor of The Dumont Building. Our team provided Architecture, Interior, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Design for this project.
