So… what if you decided to update EVERYTHING in that outdated bathroom? 🛁👀

We’re talking a quick cosmetic refresh. Updated fixtures, fresh finishes, and all the little details that can completely transform a space.

In Part 2 of our bathroom refresh conversation, Megan and Janna break down the updates they’d consider for a small, single-sink bathroom and what the overall estimated cost could look like if you decided to tackle it.

Because there’s a big difference between making a bathroom look a little better and giving it a whole new feel. And knowing what goes into that price tag might surprise you! 😉

Forget ghosts. We know what REALLY haunts a house. 👻🏠

A few things that send chills down an interior designer’s spine... and once you see them, you can’t unsee them. 😂

Now tell us, which one would have you running for the door? 🚪💀

Okay, so maybe it IS all sunshine and rainbows... once you get through construction. 😉🌈

Our Belleview project is proof that sometimes you have to rethink a space entirely to make it everything it could be.
A completely reworked kitchen, a mudroom with storage for DAYS, and a covered patio addition with an accordion pass-through window that makes indoor-outdoor entertaining a breeze.

Better flow. Beautiful materials. Thoughtful function. And a whole lot more room for real life. The best transformation of all? How much better it lives. 🤍

You’re getting ready to sell your home… but is that dated bathroom worth updating first? 🛁👀
And more importantly, how much should you actually spend?
On this clip from The Midwest Edit, Hannah brings the real estate perspective with a question sellers ask all the time:

What would it cost to give a small, single-vanity bathroom a refresh before listing?

Megan and Janna break down a few different approaches, from simple cosmetic updates to more involved improvements, and how to decide what makes sense for your home and budget.

Because sometimes a little refresh goes a long way… and sometimes knowing where NOT to spend is just as important. 😉
