Chef Vicky did another test run of Macarons for her upcoming class tomorrow (photo on the left). Compare it to the first test run from three weeks ago (right). This is Chef Vicky in a nutshell: dedicated, passionate, always trying to perfect her craft. And this batch was as delicious as the first one!
