📣 UPDATE 🗣️🗣️🗣️ Rare Unicorn Colocasia 🦄💎
Unicorn Colocasias will be dropping TODAY at 2:45 PM sharp ⏳✨Set those alarms, plant friends ⏰🖤🌿 I will “like” all comments when starting. A
For unicorns 🦄 I offer 2–3 payment plans options because I want these gorgeous giants to go to plant lovers who will treasure them for years to come, and bring you joy season after season like they have me 🩷💚💜💛🖤♥️
A couple of these varieties have actually been with me longer than two of my dogs 😂 — and if you know me, that says a lot. These girls are resilient, dramatic in color, stunning, built for the long run, and here to endure the many chapters of life 🫶
✨ A few important things to know about Colocasias (Elephant Ears): They LOVE warmth, humidity, moisture, and bright filtered light. They are naturally swamp/bog/wetland plants, so they thrive when kept consistently moist.
These girls get MASSIVE, grow quickly, and become true statement plants in the right conditions.
🌿 My ideal growing recommendations:
🖤 Humidity is key. Oklahoma heat can scorch leaves in harsh direct afternoon sun, especially on lighter variegated varieties, so placement matters.
🩷 Places mine thrive best:
-On my patio in nursery pots tucked inside decorative planters - this makes it easy to monitor roots and baby pups.
-Under our pink magnolia tree where they get bright canopy light with extra humidity since it’s in a corner with lots of moisture.
-Near the back grilling area under the crape myrtles with lots of filtered light.
-Indoors in south-facing windows but because they very quickly outgrow their space, they usually end up outside where they prefer to be anyway 😂🫶
✨ General care tips:
• Keep soil consistently moist — never fully dry.
• Rich, fertile soil with lots of organic matter works best.
• They LOVE heat and humidity.
• Fertilize regularly during active growth because these girls are heavy feeders.
• Large pots are ideal since their root systems get huge.
🌡️ Frost / overwintering:
If temperatures start dropping, I’ll try to post frost advisories and reminders on my page for everyone growing these beauties outdoors 🫶 This is one reason I prefer growing many of mine in pots - it makes bringing them inside much easier versus digging them up every season.
If this genus is new to you 💚 I’m always happy to help answer questions, and again, I can’t stress how easy and resilient they are ✨

🚨💎🦄 Rare Unicorn Colocasia 🦄💎🚨
I’m so dang excited to offer these 🥳 Will be posting what’s currently available - VERY limited quantity. ✨
If you’d like a notification so you don’t miss this, please comment below. I’ll like all comments before starting. 🩷♥️
I’ll be listing these well below market value because I love this local plant community deeply. 🪴 I offer Pay in 2, or Pay in 3 if needed - We’ll work it out privately so you lovers of these babies have access to the best in the Wild West 🫶
When these drop, it will be a while before more come available from my mama plants. These queens are truly unique, rare hybrids, except they aren’t hyper dramatic like Alocasia, and are incredibly resilient 💪 They’re also super fast growers, and produce huge leaves that your neighbors can gawk at ✨👀🩷 I’ve had knocks at the door more times than I can count 😅
Or you can grow them inside, just make big enough space for these big bodied ladies to thrive 😂
Will be dropping within the next 24 hours. 💣 ⬇️
