This isn’t a rant or sympathy post. Just felt like something I need to say. I love what I do very much. There are ups and downs like anything. I spend the first 3 months of each year applying for art festivals. Which each one has a fee for each application. Then you wait weeks and sometimes months waiting to see if you are accepted. You can go to one show that year and the following year you are not accepted. It makes you start judging your work. What could I do better or what should I make instead. Then you have my hubby that has helped more more then anyone. Whether it’s helping pay for this expensive hobby/business, or helping with setups and tear downs. He is there. I didn’t get accepted to Park Point in Duluth this year. I’m pretty bummed. He keeps telling me that it’s their loss and not mine. I couldn’t ask for a better support friend, husband and all around great guy.
