A BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME, A FRESH NEW LOOK! 🤍

There is so much to love about this beautiful new build! Our clients were ready for a little change, moving toward a more contemporary look while still keeping their home warm, inviting, and comfortable.

We had so much fun bringing the spaces together, adding layers, texture, warmth, and those finishing touches that make a house feel like home.

A few of our favorite details:

✨ The Bedroom: We decided to warm things up with a fresh paint color, a beautiful velvet bed, and bedding, nightstands, and lamps from Blu Ivy.

✨ The Dining Room: A gorgeous dining table, swivel chairs, artwork, and accessories to pull the space together.

✨ The Living Room: Our new Juno sofas, swivel chairs, coffee table, artwork, and all the accessories that make this room feel polished yet comfortable.

✨ The Bathroom: Shower curtain is custom done by Schattler Shades & Blinds as well as all window shades throughout the home. The hide mirror is from Blu Ivy and adds an unexpected touch.

From the larger furniture selections to the smallest finishing details, it was such a pleasure watching this home come together.

And honestly, the best part of any project is the people you get to work with. We couldn't have asked for more wonderful clients. Their trust, enthusiasm, and willingness to collaborate made this such an enjoyable project from beginning to end.

Thank you for letting Blu Ivy be part of making your beautiful new house feel like HOME! 🤍

Thanks for sharing your great idea with us. We love seeing our pieces enjoyed in unexpected ways. Stop in our store tomorrow and pick up one for your table.

Apparently, AI thinks we’re pretty fabulous… and we’re not mad about it. 😂

Our customers use AI all the time, so we figured it was only fair that we let AI have a little fun with the two women behind Blu Ivy! Here’s a little more about the real us. 😉

🏡 Patty — co-owner, part-time Realtor, and mom to Leo, our unofficial Blu Ivy employee who comes to work with her EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. 😂 Her husband and son are also in the design and construction industry, so real estate and beautiful homes definitely run in the family! Patty can help you find your home and make it beautiful once you get the keys.

💃 Michelle — co-owner, Minnesota-born but now proudly calling Michigan home. She’s a wife and mom to two daughters who she absolutely adores. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her dancing, traveling, doing a puzzle, or hanging out with friends. She especially loves meeting new customers and helping them create a home they love.

The AI version of us may be a little more glamorous than real life… 😂 but the real us is just two women who genuinely love what we do, love our customers, and feel pretty lucky to do it together. 💙

Thanks for letting us be part of your homes! 🏡✨
