Beach house design by .ra before and after pics. This old home was transformed into a simple shingle style with traditional coastal details. The existing property had a large 7 car garage in the back yard and a small house at the rear of the site. The garage was removed to make room for a large pool and backyard. The second house was converted into a pool house. The main house was completely renovated and updated for modern living and entertaining. The owners had a traditional neo-colonial in Connecticut as their primary residence. They asked us to preserve the “relaxed” original feeling of this house to support “vacation” home vibes.

Yesterday we closed our Oxford CT office as we move and continue to fully serve the area, shifting operations as we grow to our market beyond CT. Thank you everyone who visited the office. Interior remodel for a bedroom / bathroom project at Sachem Head CT before furnishing and decorating. The amazing view has been completely opened up to the water and Thimble Islands by removing the old windows and replacing them with a new window design. See our 5/10/22 post for a before pic.
