A little fall inspiration from a dogtrot design we worked on earlier this year! 🍂 We love how the open breezeway connects the two sides of the home while creating a space that’s both functional and full of character. Just imagine pulling in on a crisp fall evening!

This is a huge reason why we love 3D modeling! It lets you see what your home will look like before construction starts, so you can work through the details and make changes before they turn into expensive fixes on the job site.

When you’re investing in a custom home, it helps to know what you’re getting before you build! Have questions about our design process? Give us a call at 417-480-3717.

The details behind this design 👀
Here are 2 things you might not notice at first glance, but each was designed with a purpose!
1. Minimal mowing
The rendering shows plenty of green, but the property was actually designed to keep mowing to a minimum. Concrete, gravel, and intentional landscaping reduce the amount of grass to maintain while still keeping the outdoor space looking great.
2. Indoor-outdoor entertaining
The garage opens directly to the outdoor entertaining area, creating a flexible space that’s perfect for hosting, entertaining, and making the most of the surrounding property.

Cookie-cutter houses? That’s not our thing!

You’re unique, your family is unique, and your home should be too! We design custom homes around your vision, your property, and the way you want to live. No cookie cutters here!
