HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🖤🪩 My dreams came true in 2025 marrying the love of my life. We were surrounded by family and friends with Friday as our ring bearer in the most beautiful setting in Santa Fe. Looking forward to this new year with my husband by my side. It’s never too late! I’m 58 years old and living my best life. Wishing everyone a healthy, happy, magical, fun, fabulous 2026!

THANK YOU for sharing our Corona Del Mar project in the Pacific Palisades and my thoughts on seating arrangements. We love the “music room” in our client’s home shown in this photo. They entertain often in this room and the additional, flexible seating comes in handy for impromptu concerts and large gatherings.

AFTER & BEFORE in our project’s movie room. Swipe to see the transformation from this cold, frankly ugly room. Paint and black stain for the win!!
