Last week, I had the opportunity to host a wellness workshop at the with an incredible nonprofit started by Maria that focuses on parents supporting parents.

Every Wednesday and Thursday morning, parents come together in this space to connect, support one another, share resources, and simply remind each other that they are not alone.

As a mother of five, this opportunity meant a lot to me personally.

So often, parents carry the weight of everything for everyone else while putting themselves last. Being able to bring a hands-on wellness workshop through Wick2Whispers into a space created specifically to uplift parents was truly meaningful.

I loved seeing parents take a moment for themselves — to slow down, create, laugh, connect, and breathe.

This experience reminded me how important community support is and how powerful it can be when parents pour into one another instead of trying to navigate everything alone.

Thank you, Maria, for creating a space that truly supports families and gives parents a place to feel seen, heard, and encouraged. I’m grateful I had the opportunity to be part of it.
