If your unsure what TNR is, it's trap neuter return
These wonderful volunteers trap, have spayed or neutered, then they are returned to where they were trapped, sometimes if they are young enough they try to find it a forever home. Cats reproduce really young and often, the females usually are sickly because it's all she does, fixing them keeps the population healthy.
