upport that you need. We use the best on the market which is a coil spring system with a soft edge. Come into our showroom and see the craftsmanship that goes in and the comfort that comes out. We have a variety of shapes and sizes for you to try out and we even have couches with different seat heights, seat depths, and foam densities so that you can feel the difference and find the style that is right for you. Additionally, all of our couches can be made with recliner options and we have several sofas that feature chaise lounge extensions. When it comes to the construction of our furniture, Arms, backs, frame, etc. there is no comparison between MBU Interiors designs and the big box stores. we are upholstering a 3 pec. sec. and chair. Other than a pec of denim with and pad this is how it was made. As in most cases the manufacturer ether knows how to b uild a frame or how to upholster. Now a days nether. in this case the frame is great. The seat is the first and biggest problem. A seat roll is needed on all four sides of the deck. (a seat roll is usually 4 or 5 inches from the edge of the cushion that dips down about an inch and is as high as the middle of the seat deck). Thes will protect the edge of the cushion and allow the crown of the cushion to seat and help the cushion to stay in place.
Problem 2. At the bottom of the inside back there is a hole. The cushion will slide back .
Problem 3. Pich in inside back is wrong, and depth is to deep.
