I do this by getting to know my clients personally to understand their wants and needs. All signs and decor are custom handmade items.

I retreated from slime sales to volunteer my time at the Kiwanis Booth for a few hours during Apple Day and I enjoyed it so much! It's wonderful to be a member of an organization that works so hard for others. Thank you Paintsville Kiwanis for making my volunteer heart happy!

Some business owners run one business. Paula runs two, and she does both with a whole lot of heart.

From her home base in Paintsville, Kentucky, Paula owns Krafty Koncessions, where she makes handmade wood signs and home decor and sells Journey, the faith-based planner she designed herself. She also owns Kandy Koncessions, her freeze-dried candy business, which you'll find at festivals, markets, church events and youth sports fundraisers across Eastern Kentucky. Two brands, two audiences, one very busy maker.

When Paula and I started working together, her challenge was one many of you will recognize. She needed systems to work ON her business and not IN her business.

So we got to work and built some fun things:

- A content system to actively promote both businesses alongside her new websites, so she always knows what to post and why.
- Email marketing workflows-- created and built out from start to finish so her audience hears from her consistently, even when she's busy making.
- Her Journey planner, professionally published! (This one is all Paula, and we couldn't be prouder.)
- Systems and operations for Kandy Koncessions as a fundraiser, so her candy can give back to the community she loves.
- Visibility work to get both brands in front of the right people.
- A ClickUp operations build to move her off Trello and run both businesses from one place: production, inventory, markets, wholesale partners, online orders and marketing.

And so much more, with even more to come once her new system is up and running.

What I love most about working with Paula is that she never loses sight of why she started. Her work is rooted in her faith and her community, and our job has been to give that heart a structure so her businesses can grow without running her ragged.
