A classic must have. Italian herbs and a mix of 3 yummy cheeses. Romano, Parmesan and Asiago all give this loaf a very distinct delicious taste!

Looking for something a little sweet!? Look no further! This yummy loaf has a beautiful cinnamon sugar swirl baked right in!

🪴 Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia

What a season it has been! ❤️

The 2026 peach season was a tough one, with plenty of challenges along the way. But through it all, we are incredibly grateful for every single person who stopped by Smith Family Orchards and supported our little family farm.

To all of our new customers and our returning customers — THANK YOU! 🥰 Your support, kind words, smiles, and love for our peaches mean more to us than you know.

To all of the wonderful tourists who traveled near and far to visit our orchard — thank you for making Smith Family Orchards part of your Colorado adventure! 🍑🚜 We loved meeting you and hope you’ll come back and see us again.

And to our amazing local community — thank you for continuing to support our orchard, farm store, and all of our local makers. Your support means the world to our family. ❤️

We also want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who helped us throughout peach season, our FAMILY 🍑From picking and packing to working in the orchard, helping at the store, lending a hand when things got busy, and all the countless jobs that happen behind the scenes — we truly could not do it without you! We are so grateful for every helping hand.

🐾MEET OUR MAKER — CARRIE GUDORF OF MUDDY PAWS STUDIO! 🐾

We’re so excited to introduce you to Carrie, the talented owner & artist behind Muddy Paws Studio!

Carrie grew up surrounded by the beauty of Colorado’s mountains—riding horses, loving on animals, and enjoying snowy winter days skiing. Her deep love for animals and the outdoors has remained at the heart of her life, from the alpine landscapes of her childhood to the rugged beauty of the high desert here in the Grand Valley.

Carrie was first introduced to ceramics in high school, and what began as an introduction quickly became a lifelong passion. Today, her pottery reflects the things she loves most—nature, animals, and those quiet moments of peace found outdoors. You’ll see those inspirations woven into her pieces through beautiful forms, textures, and imagery.

Although Carrie works full-time outside of her studio, creating pottery is where she finds her greatest sense of peace—getting lost in the rhythm of the wheel and the creative process. 💕 She is also passionate about supporting animal rescue and nature conservation, causes that are close to her heart.

🐝🍯MEET OUR MAKERS — The Stanley Orchard & Apiary! 🐝🍯

We’re so excited to introduce Robert & Laura Stanley, the wonderful local family behind all of the honey products you’ll find here at Smith Family Orchards Farm Store! ❤️

The Stanley Orchard & Apiary is a small hobby orchard and apiary right here in Palisade. Robert & Laura, along with their two sons, care for their 44 hives throughout the valley — including multiple hives right here at Smith Family Orchards! 🐝🌸

They bring us an amazing variety of honey products, including:
🍯Raw honey
🍯Whipped & creamed flavored honey
🍯Bee pollen
🍯Honey spoons
🍯Honey suckers
🍯Honey sticks
Many of these products are made in delicious flavors like peach, blackberry, cotton candy, strawberry, raspberry & MORE! 😋

Their boys, Wayne & Covie, are active members of the Mesa County 4-H Bee Club, while Robert & Laura are members of the Veteran Bee Club Hives for Heroes.
We love seeing this family share their passion for bees and agriculture with the next generation! 🇺🇸🐝

🐝And bees are incredibly important to Palisade!
As bees move from blossom to blossom, they pollinate our fruit trees and plants, helping produce the peaches, apples, cherries and other crops that make the Grand Valley so special. Our orchards simply couldn’t thrive without our hardworking pollinators! 🍑🍒🌸

🐝Did you know? Honey is more than just delicious! Raw honey contains naturally occurring antioxidants and other plant compounds, and it can be a wonderful natural sweetener.

BEE POLLEN also contains protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other nutrients — making it a popular addition to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal and more.
