Hello! I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I am still making tutorials, just on a different schedule! Instead of doing a video for every holiday, I now just do one video a month! This schedule gives me more planning time, and allows me to give more attention to each video.

Hey all! Sorry it's so late! hope you all enjoy it regardless and had a Happy Memorial Day!
RECIPE:
PASTRY:
1 1/3 cups flour, plus more for the work surface
6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small cubes
4-5 tablespoons ice cold water
FILLING:
1 egg
1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grate parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted and cooled
Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
Salt and black pepper
AMERICAN ADDITION:
Bacon

Hey all! Sorry it's late! Hope you all have a Happy Father's Day!
Original Recipe:
1 lb skin-on firm white fish filets, such as turbot, haddock, or cod
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
5 cups cooked white or brown rice, cold
1/4 cup fish or chicken stock or water, or as needed
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper
2 eggs
2/3 cups heavy cream
Garnish:
1 small brunch fresh flat-leaf parsely, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs
Modifications:
Doubled fish, 4x boiled eggs, 60% less rice, added cheese, varied spices, served in layers.
