My favorite way to dumpling- our traditional pork dumpling dunk into extra 🔥🌶dumpling salsa lunch
Pork dumpling - ground pork shoulder, napa cabbage, celery, 🥕🥕🥕, scallion, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground pepper
Dumpling salsa- lots fresh ginger, lots fresh scallion, 🧄, soy sauce, crushed 🌶🌶🌶, rice vinegar, and sesame oil
Pan searing - warm up cooking oil and drop dumplings in (non stick) pan, add 3-4 oz water and close the led, turn down cooking temperature to between mid to low(electric top between 3-4). Cook for another 12-14 minutes
