D E T A I L . . . Moulding around the window adds architectural character. By adding moulding it will have a more finished appearance and add depth. On the outer perimeter we added a detail that would break a straight vertical line adding depth. We continued the color drenching on the moulding. “ THE DETAILS ARE NOT THE DETAILS. I M O ‘ S P I Z Z A . . . From ST. Louis, Missouri since 1964, this delicious pizza is cut into three- or four-inch squares, referred to as a party cut or tavern cut. It has been suggested that the square cut was inspired by Ed Imo’s former profession as a tile-layer. I found the history relatable. . . Other than the cuts, thin crust, the cheese is Provel and gooey and tangy. DINNER. Not sure what I will have for desert. PIZZA TUESDAY, no tacos tonite. 💕

B L O O M . . . This season we are creating a space with floral prints. Floral prints have the power of renewal, nature, and love. We want to shift the stress (sympathetic) to calm (parasympathetic) through neuroaesthetics. M o v e m e n t . . . We added horizontal and vertical movement to a powder bathroom with a more diminutive convex wedge tile in a dimensional pattern. This stunning stone honed finish created that movement and pattern on the back splash and in the shower with a frame complimenting the existing tiles. Every space merits a special moment.

B R A S S R E L I S H . . . From the Urban Crush series from Silestone. We have selected this coppery brown unique grain pattern, soft metallic embodies fine - grained sandstone. The Brass Relish in suede has created a space with a story the warmth and sleekness. Blends well with modern and vintage styles. The sink in matte taupe blended together with the counter top. The perimeter’s edge was a square edge and the island an ogee single bullnose both chunky. Making changes with the counter top, hardware, sink and faucet was a transformation with a new beginning.
