Our favorite part of the job is definitely the Big Reveal. We tend to go all-out when our clients see their home furnished and styled for the first time: flowers by Keith Fortner Keith, music, candles, and our clients’ beverage of choice. This week we had a very special Big Reveal for our good friends Jerry D Smith and Jackson Swole — here is a sneak peek of a few spaces.

A few days we were in Tangier. Then we were in Lisbon and Sintra. Today we are docked in A Coruna, Spain. In a few hours, we will sail out to a position where we can experience the solar eclipse in full totality. Just wow. Thank you VACAYA and Celebrity Cruises

Please join me in wishing a happy birthday to my design ride-or-die, my other work husband — the fabulous Keith Fortner!

Keith, I am so lucky to have you at my side every day, making beautiful spaces for dream clients — and having lots of fun along the way.

Whether it’s moving to Turlock for a month (and living in a trailer) to bring a CK Show House to fruition, or driving to the LA Flower Mart at 3am to create beautiful flower arrangements for a Big Reveal, Keith always goes the extra mile. And he does it all with humor and style in spades.

A big thank you to our fave photographers Interior Photography Team for this gorgeous recent photo of us, captured at our recently-completed Tennessee new build project. We can’t wait to start sharing it all with you! Keith led the charge on this incredible project in his home state.

Bravo, Keith, and happy birthday!! 🎉

Many thanks to everyone who has been following our Alaska journey over on Insta Stories! I love all the messages. David and I have left the cruise ship, said goodbye to our family, and are making our way to Anchorage. Then it’s off to Denali National Park! Needless to say, Alaska is as beautiful as everyone describes. Maybe more so!

Fifty feels nifty. Thank you to everyone for all the texts, calls, and DMs this weekend! You make me feel very loved. And a big thanks to our dear friends and photographers for capturing this pic of me just a couple weeks ago at our Tennessee project. With projects all over the country, a fabulous chosen family in our beloved Palm Springs, and a loving husband & pup at home, my heart is full of gratitude this weekend.

A big THANK YOU to the Cambria Gallery in Palm Desert for kicking off my 50th birthday weekend in high style! Wow, wow, wow. You sure know how to make a guy feel special. We also celebrated the release of the latest issue of Cambria Style magazine, which features one of our projects. How cool is that? Being surrounded my so many longtime industry friends made this milestone extra meaningful. Thank you!

A lovely evening at the Piazza di Liberace. It’s hard to believe that we had the distinct pleasure of renovating this historic home nearly 15 years ago. I’m beyond grateful that our clients tend to become dear friends — inviting us not only into their homes, but also their lives and their hearts.

Just a few highlights from a Big Reveal last weekend. A Colorado-based couple asked us to bring to life their new construction townhome in Palm Springs — and we are tickled teal (her favorite color) with the results! Beautiful florals by Keith always make our Big Reveals extra special. I’m a lucky guy to work with such amazing clients and colleagues.
