In honor of the collaboration with our friends House of Blueprint | Home of Blueprint Magazine and Alex Siemssen Coastal Creative Consulting and our new club centered around The Art of Noticing, here are a few recent moments (glimmers if you will) that caught my eye.

Slowing down and paying attention to the world around you feels like a breath of fresh air. 🤍✨

A relaxing retreat for the guests 🤍

Thoughtful decisions that made this space feel welcoming, comfortable, and usable ✨:

- Cabinet drawers instead of doors for better organization
- Brass accents that bring in a touch of luxury
- Wall mounted faucets for easy cleaning and an elevated look
- Perfectly sized cubbies for easy access to extra towels
- Neutral palette for a calm vibe
- Natural stone tops with bold veining to add extra interest

This was Drew’s favorite bathroom of the house. Would you feel at home here as a guest? Before you decide, did I mention there is also a soaking tub?? 😍

These moments aren’t normally shared on social media. 😬 The scratches, dings, piles of boxes, broken items, furniture assembly, and punch lists that have to be dealt with can cause a massive headache at best. Someone has to do it though, and it shouldn’t be you!

Let us take on the stress, clean up, coordination, and scheduling so you can enjoy the fun part of design that we all love.

We take extreme pride in our projects, and that means everything on the todo list gets executed. Even the tiny and not so fun line items get crossed off. Often, our clients don’t even know about them. If they do, it’s because we’ve already created a solution so they are just receiving information instead of anxiety about what to do next.

Luxury interior design isn’t just about the end result. It’s also about a process that is peaceful and exciting, and a project that is fully executed. 🤍

From dark and unwelcoming to bright and inviting 🤍 Condo 1301 had amazing design potential. Even on a tight timeline, we created a space that feels luxurious, elegant, and serene. It pulls from the unforgettable view of the bay and ocean using blues, greens, and natural textures.

This is what a luxury interior designer gives you. You don’t have to lift a finger, and you get to come home to a space that feels like you - whatever that looks like. For this client, it was a design that felt elevated and open. It allows for hosting friends and family while taking in the view.

The time is now for you to begin your new build or renovation. Let us handle the heavy lifting for you. Inquire at the website in our bio 🤍

Let the stone make the statement 🤍

For this primary bathroom, we kept the palette neutral and let the natural movement of the stone do the talking. The full-height backsplash and countertop feature bold veining that brings just enough drama to an otherwise calm, understated space.

The result is a primary bath that feels luxurious without feeling overdone — warm, serene, and designed to make everyday routines feel a little more elevated.

This is where thoughtful bathroom design makes all the difference: beautiful materials, intentional details, and a space that feels as good as it looks.

The place where you reset after a long day and prepare for a new one. 🤍 Your bathroom isn’t just a functional space. It’s where you wind down with a bubble bath and glass of w**e. Maybe it’s where you try that new makeup technique or splash some cold water on your face to wake up after a long night!

Every decision matters in these spaces. No one wants to be fumbling for a hairbrush or streaking through a hallway to get a towel 😅. Instead, imagine a morning flow that is seamless, or an evening that feels like you’re at your favorite hotel. That’s the difference between interior design that works for you and doesn’t.

Crud vs curb 🤪 🤧 This shower curb is the standard installation for our area. The solid piece of stone on top prevents a nasty build up of grime in tile grout joints, and the raised step keeps water out of the bathroom floor.

I can’t wait to share more of this fun guest bathroom. We didn’t hold back on pattern or color here, and I am loving it. 🤍

If you missed our other video, we talked about a mitered stone shower curb detail that is my personal favorite way to go (other than a zero entry moment- more on that soon)! Check it out!
