Linda, Kelli, Todd, Chris, Rich & Chad would like to wish everyone peace and happiness this holiday season. We are thankful for your business and cherish the relationships new & old!

This has been a difficult and heartbreaking year but we are a strong Sweet family and have seen more community support than we could dream of ...we have much to be thankful for. Dave would be proud❣️

A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 24, 2023 at the Reed City Church of the Nazarene, 5300 220th Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the Reed City Rocket Football or to the family. If you cannot be there, please put a big smile on your face because Dave is smiling at you!

David Gary Sweet passed away Monday, May 29, 2023. He was 52. He was born on October 6, 1970 in Big Rapids the son of Gary and Linda Simon Sweet. He graduated from Reed City High School in 1988. On May 29, 1995 he married Michelle Patters and together they

The world lost a wonderful person Memorial Day. We will never be the same without him in our lives. Dave Sweet was a friend to everyone He met and made an impression on each of us. For decades, he has been in so many of our homes with his talents and passion for hard work instilled by his Parents Gabby & Linda Sweet. Finding him on a Football field was also an easy task where he again touched so many of our hearts and lives as Coach Sweet. With heavy hearts these memories we will cherish as a community more now than ever.

Dave has been missed dearly since his death. There are no words to express our sorrow, but we wish to share a moment of appreciation for a joyful life taken too soon. We will hold a memorial for Dave at a future date (we will keep you informed of soon). For now, there will be a private burial with his immediate family. At this time we want to thank you for Your continued prayers, kindness and compassion as His Wife continues to heal & family lay him to rest.
