A game room like no other—custom-crafted for comfort, connection, and wow-factor. Our client’s reimagined “man cave” merges layered textures and tailored detailing with high function and high style. From the waterfall-edge leathered blue quartzite bar and custom fireplace to the rough-sawn plank ceiling, bespoke shuffleboard table, and sliding barn doors—every inch and finish selection was intentionally designed.

A floor-to-ceiling window wall creates an uninterrupted connection to the outdoor putting green and patio, seamlessly blurring the lines between inside and out. The golf simulator room, upholstered panel walls, luxe lounge seating, and curated lighting bring warmth and personality to a space that’s equal parts retreat and entertainment hub. We leaned into bold materials, refined finishes, and unexpected accents to give the room a distinct sense of drama and design-forward energy.

As we reflect on another year of incredible clients, projects and partners - we are beyond appreciative for the continued opportunities to do what we love in our Park City community. With that, there are only a few days left to vote in the 2024 Park City’s Best and it would mean so much to our team if you could take a moment to vote. It’s been an honor to work in this community 28+ year and have been one of your best multiple years in a row. Our industry is not always the perfectly staged professional photos you see online, or the 12 hr transformations you see on the TV shows… it’s guts & grit, its blood, sweat & tears, but above all its dedication, passion, resilience, and collaboration to achieve the results we all strive for. Our clients eclectic collection of art and travel mementos played an integral part of the design as we selected a variety of materials in neutral tones and used these special treasures for pops of color. During our design process, we take the time to become in tune with what the client wants and what their lifestyle is. It’s what differentiates a designed house from a designed home.
