Yesterday at Belleville.

Great vendors, good people and a very good place to spend a Saturday. Thank you to everyone who stopped by The Dinner Candle, talked beeswax, or took something home.

The old steel stacks are hauntingly beautiful. I kept finding myself looking at them. There’s something about that whole place I’m just drawn to. Thank you Belleville Market for hosting

Fig kitchen votives. Pure beeswax for chopping, stirring, recipes open on the counter and the few hours before dinner.

Kitchens are always working.
So we started making candles that work there too.

First up: the Sink Candle.

Split orange in beeswax, scented with orange essential oil. Made to burn while the dishes get done, the counters get wiped down, and the kitchen gets put away for the night.
