Just a brief update on my health. A decision was made to do the less invasive of the two heart procedures on 11/10/23 and the procedure was performed on 11/14/23. Sorry I haven’t been on to update everyone. It got really scary at the last and everything happened really quick once the decision was made. The procedure went well and the valve replacement was successful. I spent one full day in the hospital and was released home. I’m now resting at home with restriction. But, I’m feeling overall so much better than I was before I had the procedure done. Thank you all for the love you have shown and the continued prayers during all of this. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. ❤️🙏

Good Morning ☀️ and Happy Saturday ☺️

I wanted to pop in to give an update on my current health situation. I’m still waiting to speak to my cardiologist and the cardio thoracic surgeon. I don’t know if it’s a good thing at this point that I’m able to read the reports coming back from the tests I’ve had done or not. I’m a prior registered nurse and although it’s been years and I don’t know it all I can piece together the gist of the information.

They have done more tests . They have definitely found another congenital heart defect and after the last test they believe they may have found 2 more congenital heart defects. Each requiring a different type of surgery to repair (if they believe they need to be repaired at this point). The last report stated that even the valve replacement does not look like it will have a positive outcome (I’m not sure why). Its iroinic. I just lost my dad 6 months ago and I just celebrated my 51st birthday 2 days ago. This will be my second open heart surgery. And I’ve been to hell and back with medical conduons. But….

I am a firm believer in God. This is in his hands alone. My book was written before i was ever conceived. This is all part of his plan. Regardless what happens.

I just wanted to keep everyone updated. Thank you to those who care. You are Valued and appreciated more than you’ll ever know.

Happy Friday my beautiful besties ❤️

My apologies for my extended absense. I’ve been MIA for weeks now. As surgery nears, I find myself having a harder time just keeping up with my normal day to day self care and chores. My energy level has plummeted. There is a new complication that is requiring further testing before they decide which route they will take to repair my valve in my heart. Still keeping my fingers and toes crossed that it’s the less invasive procedure. I dread having to recover from open heart surgery yet, again.

But the reason for my post is that there are so many of you that continue to mention me, tag me, etc. to keep me in the loop…to keep my page going during this difficult time. I just can’t thank you enough. I have glanced through my notifications. I apologize for not responding to them all. I missed a lot of them because it only holds about a week in the history. But I wanted to mention those names that did recognize as being so very supportive. And just say GOD BLESS YOU 🙏❣️🥰 and thank you ☺️ 🫂 I’m so sorry if I missed anyone. I really do appreciate
each and every one of you ❤️

Happy Thursday ☀️my beautiful besties ♥️

It’s been a little while. My health is getting worse and I’ve been locked up LOL (Facebook jail) so that is the reason I’ve been a little more quite than usual.

I’m able to post without a picture this morning and wanted to express my gratitude to all of my followers. Without those of you that react to my content, comment on my posts, tag me in other peoples posts and keep me in the loop, I would not still be here. It’s been awhile since I’ve created anything due to my illness and financial resources. And well, just wanted to thank you all for keeping our page going until what time (god willing) I get better (waiting to find out about open heart surgery).
