🎣 PRIVATE FISHING POND PROJECT – FAYETTEVILLE, GA

We recently completed this custom-built fishing dock/walkway for a homeowner’s private pond in Fayetteville, Georgia.

The property has a pretty steep slope leading down to the water, so we built a pressure-treated elevated walkway that follows the grade and provides a much safer and easier way to access the pond for fishing.

Built to handle the outdoors and designed specifically around the terrain. Another unique project completed by Venture Roofing & Exteriors!

🏠 Another James Hardie Siding Repair Completed!

Today our team at Venture Roofing & Exteriors completed a siding repair where several sections of the home had begun to rot and needed to be replaced.

Rather than replacing siding that was still in good condition, we focused on the problem areas and rebuilt them the right way.

✅ Removed and replaced damaged/rotted siding
✅ Installed new James Hardie siding
✅ Replaced the trim with new Hardie trim
✅ Properly trimmed around the hot water heater exhaust for a clean, finished appearance
✅ Prepped and painted the repaired areas using Sherwin-Williams exterior paint
✅ Finished everything to blend cleanly with the existing home

Rotten siding doesn’t always mean you need to replace the entire exterior. When caught early, we can often repair the affected areas, address the details correctly, and give the home a clean, long-lasting finish.
