For new customers, I would like to introduce myself with some photos.
I completely understand the apprehension about making a down payment due to scams. I've had similar experiences in the past.
However, I also have to consider my business's well-being. If a customer places an order without paying a deposit and later cancels, I'll have lost money on materials and the hard work in this Texas HEAT spent working on the order.
That's why I have a policy of requiring a 30% down payment to protect both the customer and myself.
