Galloway Artisans The art created by Lynn and Richard Galloway. Using wood, metals, found objects, just about anything we can use to create something special.

We reuse, recycle, and go with green products whenever possible. Our Story
Galloway Artisans is Art created by Lynn and Richard Galloway. The vast majority of our work is from sustainable items, items are recycled, reused, or salvaged materials. The wood comes from trees removed by local tree services, taken down by the city because of safety issues, etc... The stone Lynn draws on is mainly the scraps from a local counter top company, the copper and other metals come from a metal recycling place (except the silver of course). We are doing our part to help keep materials out of our landfills and from being a burden on others.

New on the table this week at the Richland Farmer's Market are chop sticks. They come with their own carrying bag as well. The shaving from them are just cool looking, don't you think?

Who knew that making chop sticks would result in such cool shavings! Always looking for something new to try. It helps keep the mind sharp and the skills improving, at least that's what I'm told.

The joys of owning an older pickup is the cost of keeping it in good condition. Only 4 years in AK took a toll on the box and replacing it was cheaper than fixing the old one. So, for now our pickup is Black and Blue! :-)
