Oliver from Chicago could not make today’s service, but he thought ahead and asked to be given names of local florists who might be able to help him create something unique for Mr. Hamilton’s service. Three florists declined his request, I did not. I asked him to make a replica representing his Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, Gamma Omicron chapter, and Oliver Fife came through, overnighting his custom work to me, which I placed into a wreath of the fraternities colors: navy blue and white. Clearly, a large piece of Oliver‘s heart was present for his fellow charter member in the Gamma Omicron chapter I now have a new friend, too! ❤️

We are a bespoke design florist who, when allowed space to resource, can really capture your vision. Here, a client well known to us placed this beauty (closeup second photo) on their Holiday Christmas table. But here’s the thing: to create this level of magazine quality ready to photograph artisan work isn’t by chance. … Custom tree constructed from stacked milk crates (!), filled with wet floral foam and stuffed with collected white pine, Magnolia, Holly, salal branches sprayed gold, Baby’s Breath and fresh Eucalyptus (ohh, the scent!) then appointed with hand made ribbon roses and !

(Feel free to share, this post is public.) News! NEWS!!! My brand continues to strive to offer "off the cuff" original designs as I once again announce that Michael Bruce Florist has been voted 2025's Best Florist in South Jersey by readers of SJ Magazine! Cheers!!! And YES, we send all types of arrangements locally: birthday and get well starting at $85: sympathy starting at $125 + del. + tax. It's surprising to me that I still get asked if I do smaller "things" of an individual nature and not just weddings and big events! After 36 years and a pandemic, we are a "for delivery only" service now. But you can check out more of my samples on my "michaelbruceflorist" Instagram page. Cheers!
