Currently under renovation and aiming to open late in 2024, The Fitz Kitchen is a culinary co-workspace designed for food business entrepreneurs, mobile chefs, bakers, caterers... anyone who needs flexible commercial kitchen space for production and storage.

Along with building out the facilities, The Fitz Kitchen will host various food events, pop-ups, and all kinds of tasty programming here at The Fitzpatrick Collaborative.
