ingredients:

1 cup warm filtered water

½ tsp pink Himalayan salt

juice of ½ fresh lemon

optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

optional: a pinch of cayenne or grated ginger

instructions:

warm the water until just lukewarm.

stir in pink salt until dissolved.

add lemon juice (and vinegar or spice, if using).

drink on an empty stomach, 30 mins before breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
