Things I personally hate about the heat:
🔥 sweating
🔥 changing clothes because of sweat
🔥 sweaty horses (I sense a theme here)
🔥 bugs
🔥 humidity
🔥 can’t quench my thirst
🔥 smelling myself
And the list could probably go on…
I feel like equestrians fall into two distinct groups. You either love the heat or you love the cold. Kinda like Team Edward or Team Jacob. (I’m dating myself here). 😂

Always mixed emotions when the end of August arrives. So excited for the upcoming holiday season but also sad that in most ways, summer is over. Kids are back to school, days are growing shorter… wish I could say it was getting cooler but we have a scorcher of a week ahead. Goodbye August… it’s been fun. ☀️

All I ask is for clean saddle pads and he can’t deliver…. 🤦‍♀️😂
