Floorworks is now hiring for a flooring sales position and interviewing for the perfect canidate with a passion for growing sales and customer service both in our clients home and in the store.
Responsibilities
•Being friendly and professional, eager to understand the customer’s specific needs in order to pair the best products and service offerings in support of their project
•Ensuring displayed merchandise reflects our high standards of showroom readiness, operates as intended during demonstrations, and is up to date, accurately mirroring the manufacturers current product offering
•The Sales Specialist Flooring serves as an expert, explaining the specifications and features of a product or service to existing or potential customers, with the goal of closing a sale
•This associate provides exceptional consultative services to customers and confirms their needs are met before leaving the store
•The Sales Specialist Flooring is also responsible for executing orders and projects in their area of focus
Qualifications
•Two years of sales experience
•Self-motivated individual who is detail oriented
•Able to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced retail environment
•Ability to provide quality customer service
•A passion and drive for sales
•Strong communication skills
•Ability to assist clients with product selections for their projects
Requirements
•Minimum 2 years of similar sales experience
Available from 9-5 M-F and 8-12 some Saturday’s
•Must pass a background check and drug test
•High school graduate or equivalent
•A drivers license and dependable transportation is required
Compensation
•The pay for this position is based on experience and will be discussed per applicant
•The structure of earnings is calculated from the percentage of gross profit
•Compensation is paid upon completion of the project
•Base plus commision potential.
