Basement flooding can look worse than it actually is. Once the water issue was fixed we replaced the lower portion of drywall and brought it back to perfect. Baseboards will go in after the flooring people do their work. Call us for all of your drywall needs!

New Bookstore Coming to Pine St! We were thrilled to turn this old neglected apartment into a crisp and colorful commercial space. After the kitchenette was removed we replaced drywall, had our GC friend pull a permit and remove a closet, repaired the parquet floor, and added a proper windowsill to this awkward ledge. We painted the front room with a light blue walls and ceiling, with SW Oceanside as the trim color. The back room was drenched in a subtle white, and the entire space is now ready for it’s next chapter (pun intended). This was a big project, more photos coming soon!

Little bathroom, big change. We fixed up this small bathroom with a lot of drywall cracks. The doorframe was poorly repaired with caulk, and a number of drywall seams were failing. We fixed all the problems and gave it a rich coat of SW Emerald paint in a Satin finish. The dark blue compliments the bright light that flows through the window.

New colors for a new family home. We repainted this 3 bed / 2.5 bath row-home in South Philly with some fun colors for the kids and a simple neutral pallet for the main areas. We fixed a lot of hairline cracks and made this house move-in ready ahead of schedule.
