Inspired by the bold, hot and sour flavors of Tom Yum soup, this blend is all about bright citrus 🍋, gentle heat 🌶️, and savory depth. It’s not a soup mix. It’s a Thai spice designed to quickly amplify flavor across broths, marinades, dressings, and proteins.

🎉 We’re pulling the next winner from the Bingo Barrel and announcing our newest Dinner at Jen’s
Hosted monthly in our Philadelphia studio, these dinners are built around a custom spice blend. This month, it’s French Kiss, and the menu is full of bold, romantic flavors. We’re calling it Rouge Soirée.
Here’s a peek at what we’re serving:
🍸 A welcome drink called The Green Fairy
🥗 Roasted beet salad with candy-fried cashews
🥩 Olive-rubbed beef carpaccio with crispy rice crackers
🥔 Potato leek soup poured table side
🦆 Duck breast à l’orange with smoky eggplant and lentils
🍧 Cranberry sorbet intermezzo

Behind the Scenes: A Celebration of Light ✨🎥
Just as I pulled the monkfish ballotine 🐟 from the coconut milk, filled with prawn mousseline and gently poached, we began plating. Broccoli 🥦 went down. Guests started to make their way to the counter from the aroma of the curry sauce that would glaze the medallion of monkfish and be sopped up by the turmeric-ginger puttu 🍚, layered with freshly grated coconut.

Welcome Drink: Passion Fruit Jal Jeera 🍸
Chaat-Cuterie Bar: Crispy dosa with tangy chutneys 🌿
Coconut Biryani: Yogurt-marinated chicken with basmati rice 🍗
Monkfish & Prawn Curry: A buttery delight 🥦
Sweet Ending: Warm Cardamom Carrot Cake 🍰 and Warm Chai
