Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there! 🙌✨

This Fathers Day, meet son and father, Ryan and Don Thierman. Ryan works in our IT department as a Software Developer and has worked here eight years. Don works in our IT department as a Software Development Supervisor and has worked here over 33 years. His father, Don Thierman Sr. also worked at Cutco for almost five years.

We asked Ryan what he enjoys most about working alongside his dad. He said that working with and being close to someone who has decades of experience at Cutco means the answer to any question he might have is never too far away. He added that his dad is a wealth of knowledge, having worked in almost every part of the company. We also asked Don what he enjoys most about working alongside his son, and he said it's having more frequent opportunities to catch up with Ryan and share experiences together throughout the week.
