Get ready for a heartwarming meal! This Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole is creamy, cheesy, and oh-so-delicious! 🥔🍗🧀
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get ready to create some magic!
2. Grab a large baking dish and layer those lovely sliced potatoes right at the bottom. Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for a flavor kick.
3. Nestle the chicken breasts right on top of the potatoes, giving them a good seasoning with salt and pepper as well.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and milk until it’s nice and smooth. Pour this luscious mixture over the chicken and potatoes, making sure every bit is coated!
5. Now comes the best part—sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese all over the top for that gooey goodness.
