Feeling incredibly grateful to be featured in Philadelphia Style Magazine’s Dynamic Women issue. 🤍

To me, being a dynamic woman isn’t about having all the answers or doing everything on your own. It’s about continuing to grow, being willing to take chances, surrounding yourself with people who inspire you, and creating opportunities for others along the way.

One of the greatest gifts of building Grey & Co has been realizing that I don’t have to grow alone. I feel so blessed to have an amazing team of designers beside me — women I can collaborate with, learn from, encourage, and celebrate.

And that same belief is at the heart of Grey & Co COLLECTIVE. I created the Collective because I wanted designers to have the kind of community I wished I had when I was starting out — a place where we can share what we’ve learned, ask questions, support one another, and grow our businesses together.

Being called a “Dynamic Woman” is such an honor, but what makes it especially meaningful is knowing that my journey has become about more than building my own business. It’s about the women I get to build, learn, dream, and grow alongside.

There is room for all of us to succeed. And I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by women who remind me of that every day. 🤍
