We haven’t always been a super religious family.

Over the last four years, there has been a tug.

A tug at my heart.
A tug at my soul.

Those tugs were God.
Those tugs were my sons becoming men.
Those tugs were aches within my heart.

I can’t always be there.
I can’t always know what’s happening.

I’m learning to pray. I’m learning to place things in God’s hands.

Although if I’m being honest, they’ve always been in His hands….. haven’t they?

Last year I sent both of my sons a Bible.
To read and to turn to when when I’m not there.

And maybe that’s what faith looks like for me right now.

Waiting. Trusting. Praying. ⚓️⭐️
